A Recruitment Administrator is required to join a thriving Human Resources team in a FMCG company. The successful candidate will support recruitment processes, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Description

As the Recruitment Administrator, you will:

  • Supporting recruitment team in booking interviews
  • Facilitating interview scheduling and feedback processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Assisting with recruitment-related reports and analytics.
  • Providing excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participating in ad-hoc HR projects as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in supporting a HR or talent team with admin tasks
  • Adeptness in using HR software and MS Office suite.
