Description
As the Recruitment Administrator, you will:
- Supporting recruitment team in booking interviews
- Facilitating interview scheduling and feedback processes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.
- Assisting with recruitment-related reports and analytics.
- Providing excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
- Participating in ad-hoc HR projects as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information.
Profile
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in supporting a HR or talent team with admin tasks
- Adeptness in using HR software and MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
