- Role based full-time onsite at London Offices - closest tube is Temple Station
Working for a Global Recruitment Consultancy with offices in London we are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their amazing Sales Team.
The role is permanent working full-time on-site in their London offices, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm. The closest tube station would be either Holborn or Temple Station.
Duties for the role will include:
- Compile all new contracts and rate changes and input on to a payroll system
- Speak to candidates relating to payroll queries
- Liaise with Payroll on various queries and keep candidates updated
- Run weekly reports, including the trend report & consultants call stat log
- Obtain Contractor compliance documentation
- Create and send contracts to candidates
- General administration duties and answering the telephone
- Check and keep records of new contracts on a weekly basis
- Open and distribute post on a daily basis
- Ordering stationary when required
Skills and experience required:
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Recruitment Industry or a Sales Environment where you are assisting with contracts
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong all-round administration experience
