Are you a skilled in recruitment administration with great written and verbal communication? Are you focussed with good organisation and time management skills? If so, Signature Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a team in a prestigious London University. This is a full-time role for a two-month contract. It is offered on a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days in the office.

In this role as a Recruitment Administrator, you will be working as part of a vibrant yet busy team. You will be responsible for generating the offer letter and contract, conducting pre-employment checks including 'Right to Work’ and adding employees to payroll. As the role is high volume and process driven you will need to be organised with good attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, you will assist, on a rota basis, with the Help Desk dealing with recruitment questions and queries.

Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Recruitment Team with responsibility for offer letter and contract generation
  • Conducting pre-employment checks including 'Right to Work’ verification
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new team members ensuring they are added to the payroll system
  • Working on the Help Desk on a rota basis dealing with recruitment questions and queries via Ticketing and Inbox Management
  • Collaborating with and supporting other members of the HR, Finance and Corporate Services Teams including running Reports
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks and duties as required in order to support the wider Recruitment Team

Recruitment Administrator Key Skills:

  • Good experience of recruitment and / or HR administration
  • A proactive approach to handling tasks, with the good organisation, focus and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
