THE COMPANY

They are an international law firm with a fantastic reputation. This is an opportunity to join one of London's leading law firms and kickstart your career. This role would be suitable for someone with a minimum of 6 months recruitment admin experience with a keen interest in Graduate Recruitment.

THE ROLE

In this role you will join the Early Careers Team working in their head office in London. Duties include:

  • Checking and processing contracts
  • Maintaining the online application system
  • Updating candidates applications
  • Managing two inboxes
  • Taking enquiries via phone and email
  • Keeping trackers up to date
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns
  • Processing invoices
  • Coordinating interviews including:

Liaising with the team to ensure availability

Keeping the spreadsheet up to date

Arranging room bookings

Creating calendar invites

Meeting candidates to set them up for their tests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A minimum of 6 months working as a recruitment administrator ideally from an agency.
  • An interest in Early Careers/ Graduate recruitment
  • A minimum of grade 5 in GCSE English + 5 GCSEs
  • Capable of dealing with high volume of interviews for the team
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, keep calm under pressure, and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic individual prepared to take a hands-on approach to managing their workload using their own initiative.
  • Comfortable accepting instructions and guidance from different angles.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong business relationships, both internally and externally and at all levels; approachable and able to build rapport quickly.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity; displays the highest standard of professional ethics.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
