Recruitment Administrator

Stratford, East London

3 month FTC

£25,000 per annum

We are working with a leading contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This is a full time, 3 month fixed term contract position (with the possibility of being extended) based in Stratford.

As a Recruitment Administrator your tasks will include;

  • Working alongisde the Recruitment Manager on live vacancies within the business and assiting in the recruitment process
  • Advertising vacancies (both internally & externally)
  • Reviewing job descriptions with managers
  • Organising interviews with managers
  • Providing feedback to recruitment agencies
  • Ensuring that all managers follow the recruitment process
  • Working alongside the HR team to assist in the onboarding process
  • Keeping an up to date report on recruitment activities
  • Any other ad hoc admin and project related duties

Essential criteria;

  • Experience working in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
  • Professional and confident.
  • Diplomatic and discreet with the ability to handle sensitive matters.
  • Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.
