Your new company You will be working for a technology company in Central London. This role will primarily be working remotely however there may be a requirement on an ad hoc basis to visit the London offices Your new role You will be working as a Temporary Recruitment Administator for an initial 2 month period however this has the potential to extend. Some duties will include:

  • Use Adminds to review and respond to candidates who have registered an interest in working for us
  • Attempt contact by phone with all candidates within 2 hours of application, following up with an email where necessary within 24 hours
  • Effectively screen each candidate, running through the basic criteria for the role, and ensuring they have a full and comprehensive understanding of the role and its responsibilities
  • Send candidate profiles to the relevant Divisional Directors for interview
  • Update trackers internally to effectively monitor progress and successes/development opportunities
  • Ensure Adminds is updated consistently and all candidates are moved through the recruitment stages accordingly

What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a recruitment administrative role. This role will require someone who is comfortable working shift patterns. One week will be on the early shift (8am-430pm with an hour lunch) and the next week there will be a late shift (11.30am-8pm with an hour lunch) What you'll get in return In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on previous experience.
