A leading law firm with a strong reputation and supportive culture are looking for a Recruitment Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract basis with a key focus on Partner hiring.

About the Role

Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead and focus on end-to-end recruitment and resource management across a number of fee earning groups as well as the main focus being on partners. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external clients
  • Managing end to end recruitment, including the onboarding process
  • Advising on resourcing including monitoring activity levels, pipelining and process improvements
  • Measure and monitor business goals
  • Promote best practice including championing direct sourcing methods
  • Work closely with HR to partner on resourcing needs

Job Requirements

You will be have previous recruitment experience in an agency or professional services environment with exposure to Partner hiring, and excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills. This role will suit a self-starter with a proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong commercial awareness and have a strategic mindset.
