Your new companyYou will be working for a leading Health Research Organisation in Central London, as a Recruitment Advisor, on a 6 month interim basis.The role will start ASAP, so please only apply if you are immediately available, or canstart within 1-2 week's notice. CVsubmission closes on Monday 30th September at 9am, and interviews will takeplace w/c 7th October.Key details of the position are as follows:

  • 6 months
  • £200-250 per day via PAYE or Umbrella
  • 35 hours per week
  • Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office, (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Your new roleReporting to theTalent Acquisition Partner, within a team of 5, you will be responsible for thecoordination and administration of interviews across the organisation;

  • Candidate management - confirming candidate availability, answering queries from candidates, arranging interviews either over Teams or on site
  • Sending pre-interview tasks/information and sending interview confirmations to candidates
  • Putting together interview packs, booking interview rooms and ensuring any reasonable adjustments are made

What you'll need to succeed

Skills and experience required;

  • Someone who can work across multiple specialisms, managing different stakeholders and is confident in pushing back and giving information quickly when required.
  • Good attention to detail is essential
  • ATS is essential - Workday (ideal)
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, with the ability to multi task and deal with fluctuating workloads/tight deadlines.
