This fast-growing business is looking for an experienced Recruiter (from either an in-house or agency background) to take ownership of all Business Services recruitment for number of business-critical roles. The role will see you providing a full range of recruitment support and advice to hiring managers, focussing on quality of hire and reducing cost where possible.

Experience required:
- Managing high volume recruitment (whether agency or In-house) for business support roles
- Experience of direct hiring initiatives - working with recruiting managers to identify the most cost-effective method of identifying and attracting suitable candidates
- Ability to talent map and source referrals
- Advertising (online and print)
- Market mapping and search
