Oakleaf Partnership are representing a law firm that leads in private wealth and real estate to recruit for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their busy in collegiate team based in London.

What is the role

Key responsibilities of the role involve:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for all business services vacancies
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and advise on selection tools
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and support selection decisions
  • Manage agency relationships and direct sourcing channels
  • Promote employer brand internally and externally
  • Oversee offer process and screening requirements
  • Provide recruitment metrics and market insights

Candidate profile / experience

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in legal/professional services or legal agency background
  • Experience conducting interviews across various seniority levels
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure
