Recruitment Advisor | 12 month FTC | £35k-£40k | Member's Organisation | 3 days onsite | Central London

Altum are supporting one of the UK's largest member's organisations to recruit an HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC basis. The role will provide maternity cover and join a recruitment team of 6.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support hiring managers within your directorate with the end to end delivery of recruitment campaigns
  • Lead on the development of job descriptions and adverts/comms
  • Proactively headhunt candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Actively contribute to process improvement, policy updates, and developing hiring managers from a recruitment perspective

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role within a Non-Profit, or the broader public sector
  • Experience of advising and guiding hiring managers on best routes to market to attract exceptional talent
  • Demonstrable experience with high-volume recruitment in a busy environment
  • Excellent knowledge of ATS programmes
  • Impeccable knowledge of recruitment best practice
