About the Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, this role provides recruitment support across a variety of areas alongside working on projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with key hiring managers regarding resourcing needs
- Implementing attraction strategies
- Advising on job and candidate specifications and process improvements
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders on recruitment needs and business cases
- Liaising with agencies and managing relationships
- Interviewing candidates
- Overseeing and developing assistants in the team
- Utilising direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn
- Managing metrics and reporting
- Driving forward diversity and inclusion initiatives
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a recruitment role with exposure to fee earning recruitment in law either from agency or in-house. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
