The Opportunity:

Are you a Recruitment Advisor ready to add value to a supportive team, at an innovative Rail industry player?

We are recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Advisor for an award-winning Rail company based in London.
This is an ideal opportunity for a confident Recruitment Professional, to join the thriving Rail Sector (an industry with excellent employee benefits) and utilise your HR/recruitment background to become indispensable to a London Based £multimillion business consisting of 700 employees.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the recruitment request and approval process for hiring managers, picking up requests and ensuring the process is followed through to completion.
Manage the interface with clients, attending weekly meetings with alongside the Head of HR, to gain approval of resource requirements with the business.
Ensure the minutes of meetings are captured and signed and any approved roles are underwritten
Create engaging advertisements and social media posts for our vacancies
Reviewing our onboarding and candidate selection processes, ensuring they are delivering successful candidates.
Working with the Head of HR to ensure applicant tracking system is fit for our needs to improve the candidate journey.
Lend support in managing the manpower plan and establishment numbers
Compliance – ensure all new entrants have their mandatory recruitment checks completed including right to work, DBS, travel arrangements.

Location: East London Office (37 hours per week)

Salary/Benefits:

Attractive salary of £32,000 per annum
