Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a diligent and enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join the team of one of our global law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. The role offers a great opportunity to work in one of London's fast growing law firms while supporting their Recruitment Manager.

Your Role: As a Recruitment Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Recruitment Manager (Experienced Hires) and the Director of Recruitment (Europe & Asia).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of recruitment, from data entry and screening CVs to coordinating interviews and preparing employment contracts.
  • Maintaining recruitment databases in accordance with GDPR.
  • Acting as a key contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with other departments to track onboarding information and support background checks.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Educated to degree level or with previous HR/recruitment experience.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
