This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment professional with some experience in the field and fluent in Russian and English languages to join a well-established, respected and highly renowned Recruitment agency based in the UK. Yes, we are hiring!

This role is based remotely/from home, but ideally, we would like to consider candidates based in the UK or in Europe. We can consider various candidates - employed as well as self-employed, full-time or part-time basis. The major factor for us is to hire a specialist with a successful track record in recruitment/HR, tenacity and great research skills, as well as a positive dynamic which will align with our goals and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients and/or senior consultants to take specification of the job, confirm the requirements and align the search criteria
  • Using various media tools and databases to conclude the executive search/headhunting projects
  • Working simultaneously on various projects in various professional fields and countries
  • Liaising with candidates, conducting interviews online, evaluating candidates' suitability to the recruitment project
  • Working with CVs, amending profiles, writing compelling write-ups
  • Putting together short-lists
  • Arranging interviews with the clients/companies, taking feedback, negotiating packages
  • Reporting on set KPIs, liaising with management, striving for positive feedback and successful project results

Key skills

  • Ideally, at least 1-2 years of experience working as a recruiter or HR, agency experience is preferred, but in-house stars are also welcome
  • We might also consider looking at an HR graduate with a desire to learn the recruitment craft
  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Educated to a degree level, ideally in HR
  • Based in the UK or Europe
  • Happy to work remotely
  • Self-starter who is always aiming for a successful completion of each project
  • A confident communicator who can talk at all levels
  • Good eye for detail, accuracy, and excellent grammar
  • Computer literate - Ms Office, Emails, Video calls, social media and recruitment websites - jobs posting and candidate searches, databases
