Recruitment Consultant, Blue Collar Construction - London

Permanent People are thrilled to be working with one of London’s leading construction recruitment consultancies.

Due to growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant, to focus on the Blue Collar sector.

The Role

  • You will build a desk within the blue-collar construction sector and also work with existing client’s and candidates.
  • Business development will be key, as will be building relationships.
  • You'll be required to visit sites regularly to ascertain client needs and to strengthen a working relationships.
  • Client hospitality, nights out, Golf days etc... will also be an important (and hopefully fun) part of the role

About You

  • At least 18 months recruitment experience with a background in construction recruitment
  • Strong track record and billing history
  • Effective communication skills and natural client developer
  • Professional, confident, articulate and determined
  • Enjoys building relationships with others and working in a fast-paced environment
  • A sales-minded, money-motivated individual
