We are looking for experienced Finance Recruiters to join our boutique agency as we develop this market further and see it as our biggest growth area throughout 2023. We are now making some key hires so if you have experience in Finance recruitment both in London and Regionally, we are keen to talk to you!
What will your desk look like?
You will need to build key relationships with both new and existing clients. We operate extensively within the professional services markets and are one of the go to recruiters for Tax professionals. With our name and brand and your background, skills, and knowledge, we want you to be able to build and develop a successful desk and become the go to recruiter across accountancy firms.
We are an entrepreneurial business and want to develop your entrepreneurial spirit too by developing your desk and we will provide you will all the support you need to succeed.
What are we looking for in a Finance Recruitment Consultant?
You will be results-oriented, with strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates. When it comes to managing the recruitment process this is where you excel. You will need to have experience for managing multiple vacancies, proficient in taking client briefings and identifying the best candidates for each clients and role.
