The Role
As a 360 Temp Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industrial driving sector
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets

About You
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial driving sector but will consider other sectors.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Drive: A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
