Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and placing IT professionals across a variety of roles within the insurance industry. Your deep understanding of both IT and insurance will enable you to effectively consult with clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the insurance industry to understand their hiring needs.
  • Source and attract top IT talent using various methods (job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, etc.).
  • Match candidates with suitable roles in the insurance sector, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment consultancy to both clients and candidates, helping them navigate the evolving IT and insurance landscape.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (360), including offer negotiation and post-placement support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment or recruitment consultancy, preferably with a focus on the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for Business development and an understanding of the key challenges and opportunities within it.
