Title: Recruitment Consultant - Generalist Perms
Sector: Industrial, Commercial, Hosp, Business Support
Location: London
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Commission (OTE £75,000)

Our clients reputation for excellence and innovation drives our success, and we are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and expand our client base within the Industrial, Commercial, or Engineering sectors.
- Candidate Placement: Collaborate with the resourcing team to ensure the successful placement of high-quality candidates.
- Market Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
- Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to both personal and company success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a Perms desk.
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
