Salary: Basic £28-30k + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45k-£50k)

About Us: We're a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in the residential property sector, and we're on the lookout for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Perms division. Roles worked are typically Concierge, Building Manager, Security Guards, and Property Managers predominantly within London but can be all over the UK . This role will suit someone passionate about building relationships, finding the best talent, and working in a rewarding and growing sector.

The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant within our Perms division, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, sourcing and placing candidates, and driving the recruitment process for various residential property roles. You'll have live clients and roles from day one, but you'll also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio through business development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their recruitment career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment or sales (ideally within recruitment, but estate agency sales experience will also be considered)
  • A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing others
  • Ambitious, driven, and eager to succeed in a competitive market
  • Proactive with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An interest in the residential property sector is beneficial but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the residential property sector
  • Source, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews in property-related roles such as Concierge, Property Manager, Building Manager, Security Guards, etc.
  • Format CVs and arrange references/DBS checks etc
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer and placement
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow your client base through proactive business development
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets, benefiting from an uncapped commission structure from day one
