We currently have two openings to hire experienced sales professionals who wish to transition into recruitment.

The Role

The global Cyber Security staffing market is highly active, with organizations worldwide actively searching for top security professionals and technologists. We are currently growing our team and are excited to invite motivated and energetic sales professionals to pursue a career as a Recruitment Consultant.

As a new member, you will start at Iceberg as a Resourcer, gaining market knowledge through your candidates and our comprehensive in-house training and development program. You will receive coaching and mentoring from our experienced management team and Directors. Once you become proficient in sourcing and attracting top Cyber Security talent, you will progress to securing new business and working directly with clients. Our success relies on thorough research and expertise, so we seek individuals who share our passion for knowledge and growth.

The ideal candidate

  • An experienced, high-energy sales professional
  • A competitive background in sports is a plus
  • Comfortable working in small teams (we are a team of six and closely collaborate, supporting each other in all areas of work)
  • Willing to work US hours occasionally, when required
  • A confident communicator
  • Skilled or experienced in building new relationships
  • Open to making mistakes and embracing a learning culture
  • Savvy, determined, and financially motivated
