Package: £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 1) (£80K OTE Year 3)

Our client was established 10 years ago and are a global recruitment consultancy specialising in advanced technology, engineering and international construction across all major UK cities, Germany and North America. Having just moved into a brand new office space to support the business growth, they are looking for sales professionals to join their team.

The Role:

• Business Development and building business relationships
• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
• Negotiating and objection handling.
• Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
• Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
• Lead & referral generating.
• Learning to become an expect in your market.

The Requirements:

You do not need any prior experience! However, the company are looking for ambitious recent graduates or sales professionals who have:
