Responsibilities will be upstanding clients and candidates needs with tailor made recruitment solutions

Sourcing and attracting excellent teaching staff

Advertising vacancies through job boards and social media platforms

Contacting interviewers with teachers and support staff to assess suitability

Matching candidates to school vacancies on supply or contact basics

This will be running a warm desk that is looking for growth or development
