Education Matters Group are a London based Education Recruitment Agency looking for motivated Recruitment Consultants to join it's growing team. We have a role to work alongside our existing team in Primary,,Secondary or SEN.

Competitive basic and Commission based earnings
OTE £60-75K plus

We are an established agency specialising in the supply of long term contract and permanent candidates to the education sector. We are experiencing a period of growth. To be suitable for this post you must possess the following-

Previous Recruitment or Sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
A genuine desire to succeed in all that you do
The ability to both follow direction and act on own initiative to close a sale
A resilient and tenacious approach to your work to hit sales targets and reach maximum earning potential
Good organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work outside of normal office hours when required

The role will reward a motivated sales driven individual with good attention to detail and the ability to spot and nurture candidate relationships to lead to sales for the business. It will not suit someone looking for a general sales support role.Results do not come easy in this competitive market but those with the right qualities will succeed.

As Recruitment Consultant you will be targeted on generating sales leads with new candidates.and clients. These leads come by way of targeted job adverts, database searches, head hunting passive candidates from job boards and turning around existing enquiries.

You will be responsible for generating candidates to convert to placements alongside our sales team.

We wish to invest time and effort into the right applicant. As such opportunities to progress in the business will await those with the aptitude and attitude to make this role a success.

This role will suit an individual with previous sales experience looking to establish themselves within an Education Recruitment Agency.
