Basic Salary: £25,000-£35,000

OTE: £50,000 in year one, £80,000 in year two, and £120,000+ in year three.

Your Day-to-Day:

Use recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify top candidates.
Build and maintain close relationships with candidates and clients.
Keep internal databases updated
Communicate effectively with a high volume of people.
Work towards, achieve, and exceed targets using sales tactics.
Respond to communications promptly to stay ahead of the competition.

Confident and outgoing personality.
Degree educated.
Sports backgrounds are a plus.
