The Role:
They are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join their expert team. You will play a crucial role in driving their business forward by sourcing and placing top construction talent across a range of roles, including project management, quantity surveying, engineering, and skilled trades. Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the construction industry.
- Proactively source and identify high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salary expectations, and career progression.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Maintain accurate records and manage your own client and candidate database.
