Salary: 23500 - 100K+ per annum (OTE)

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Job Overview

The role of a recruitment consultant is fast paced and demanding, requires high levels of attention to detail and a good work ethic. Having good communication skills both on the phone and email as well as being able to work under pressure are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To source candidates for school-based roles using candidate databases and various job boards
Helping with admin and compliance duties the department requires.
Liaising with candidates regarding the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job they are applying for
Negotiating salary rates and closing the deal
Working towards and exceeding targets Helping to build the team
