Our industry-leading Impact Academy provides all the training, skills, and confidence you need to excel as a Recruitment Consultant.

In your first year, you will:* Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions.* Create professional CV profiles to market to clients.* Collaborate with sales teams to boost candidate placements.* Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.* Earn commission throughout your journey.

From day one, you'll receive thorough support from your team manager, expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. Learn from the best recruitment consultants in the education sector as you grow and develop in your role.

Upon completing your first year, you'll move to a designated Sales Desk and receive further training in:* Business Development* Margin Negotiation* Safeguarding* Managing Difficult Conversations* Customer Service and Time Management
