We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join an already established and successful Construction Recruitment team based in our Central London Head Office. The ideal candidate will have a real hunger and desire to succeed and the rewards and benefits for joining the company at this stage will be significant and will genuinely lead to upper management opportunities. The role will suit someone with a strong professional personality, good on the phone, methodical, hardworking, conscientious and a real desire to succeed in life. You will be tasked with working on one of our busiest sectors, Civil Engineering, with plenty of live roles and established relationships to take on and run with from the outset.

The successful applicant will grow with the business and as client demand necessitates, longer term can & will be given full management to put in place their own work teams. The salary is negotiable for the right candidate. In addition to the base salary an attractive commission scheme is in place as well as generous company bonuses.
