Ruby Group are looking for a Recruitment Consultant. We are a boutique Recruitment Consultancy with over 11 years heritage placing Accounting and Finance Professionals into Central London and home counties, with a focus on commerce and industry.

Working closely with our Director, your responsibilities will be; Business development, drive business growth by expanding client relationships and acquiring new business opportunities. Developing and effective strategies to achieve revenue targets. Candidate Management, source, identify, and attract top-tier candidates through various channels. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate suitability. End-to-End Recruitment, manage the full recruitment life cycle from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and on boarding.

The idea applicant will have a proven track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant, with experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
