The role involves business development, candidate management, and managing the full recruitment life cycle from job intake to onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, particularly in end-to-end processes, and possess strong business development skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to build rapport with clients and candidates while achieving and exceeding targets.

Ruby Group are looking for a Recruitment Consultant. We are a boutique Recruitment Consultancy with over 11 years heritage placing Accounting and Finance Professionals into Central London and home counties, with a focus on commerce and industry.

Working closely with our Director, your responsibilities will be; Business development, drive business growth by expanding client relationships and acquiring new business opportunities. Developing and effective strategies to achieve revenue targets. Candidate Management, source, identify, and attract top-tier candidates through various channels. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate suitability. End-to-End Recruitment, manage the full recruitment life cycle from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and on boarding.

The idea applicant will have a proven track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant, with experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
