Previous recruitment experience (preferably 2+ years)
Business Development - We’re looking for confident and charismatic individuals who aren’t afraid of using the phone! Persistency and consistency are what win us business time and time again. We specialise in Professional Services recruitment - sectors such as Tech, Marketing, Financial, Insurance, Legal and Education. We are also open to exploring other sectors, based on your previous recruitment experience.

The Role: As the next Recruitment Consultant at MFK, you will be the matchmaker of the corporate world. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves:

Business Development: Are you a master of the art of persuasion, with a knack for sniffing out new business opportunities like a bloodhound on a scent trail? We're on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant with a special talent for finding new business.

Hunting for Talent: Scouring the depths of LinkedIn, job boards, and the occasional coffee shop to find the best candidates.
Client Whispering: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and occasionally reading their minds.
Interview Jedi: Conducting interviews with the precision of a Jedi Master, making candidates feel at ease while extracting their deepest career aspirations.
Deal Closer: Negotiating offers like a pro, ensuring both clients and candidates are over the moon with their new match.

Realistic OTE of £65k-£70k (at a minimum!) in year one. Salary £24k-£26k (depending on experience).
