The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Sthree, you'll be at the forefront of driving the success of our business. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify New Opportunities: Pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring you stay ahead of the competition.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that win clients over.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful outcomes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions for effective account management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales role
- Proven track record of achieving set targets and driving revenue growth (personally or professionally)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
