  • Use sales and business development experience to attract business from new clients
  • Manage and maintain all client relationships 
  • Develop a good understanding of client companies, their work culture and environment 
  • Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates 
  • Visit clients to build and develop positive relationships
  • Advertise vacancies by drafting adverts and job descriptions 
  • Qualify and register top calibre candidates
  • Conduct interview confirmations on behalf of the client along with interview confirmation packs
  • Manage interview bookings with client and candidate 
  • Negotiate salaries and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates
  • Work towards, and exceed, targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
  • Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
What is needed:
  • Proven experience within a recruitment or sales based role 
  • Knowledge of the finance industry is desirable, but not essential 
  • Graduate level 
  • Ambitious and determined to succeed
  • Confident to speak to 5* clients and candidates 
  • Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal 
  • Goal orientated
