- Use sales and business development experience to attract business from new clients
- Manage and maintain all client relationships
- Develop a good understanding of client companies, their work culture and environment
- Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates
- Visit clients to build and develop positive relationships
- Advertise vacancies by drafting adverts and job descriptions
- Qualify and register top calibre candidates
- Conduct interview confirmations on behalf of the client along with interview confirmation packs
- Manage interview bookings with client and candidate
- Negotiate salaries and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates
- Work towards, and exceed, targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
- Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
- Proven experience within a recruitment or sales based role
- Knowledge of the finance industry is desirable, but not essential
- Graduate level
- Ambitious and determined to succeed
- Confident to speak to 5* clients and candidates
- Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal
- Goal orientated
