Leveraging your expertise, you will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, identify talent, and ensure successful placements that drive client satisfaction and business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the property management industry.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Negotiate terms of business agreements and contracts.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Management:
    • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in property management.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate database using various tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Provide candidates with career advice, interview preparation, and post-placement support.
  • Market Expertise and Strategy:
    • Stay updated on trends and developments within the property management sector.
    • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Analyse market data to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process:
    • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job briefings, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with a focus on property management or a related sector.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
