The Reed Marketing & Creative team cover the Thames Valley, M25 corridor, Birmingham and Midlands areas, recruiting mid-to-senior level Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital and Design vacancies across all industry sectors. They are a high-performing team who are the no.1 Marketing & Creative division for Reed and consistently exceeding targets and budgets year on year.

This position is to take on an extremely HOT desk with well-established clients across our Birmingham & The Midlands areas so recruitment experience would be advantages (ideally within Marketing) however this is NOT essential because extensive training would be provided!

You'll be responsible for creating and building long term relationships with both candidates and clients, seeking and developing business opportunities within the Marketing & Creative sector. You'll become an expert in your industry, meeting and exceeding targets, advertising vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates to work with them in finding their perfect career move whilst providing a high level of customer service.
