Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

Managing jobs and applicants
Headhunting niche candidates
Beng creative with your advertising and marketing!
Selling and negotiating
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Closing deals and earning commission
High levels of cold calling

Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements:

Ideally 1+ years' recruitment experience in professional services
2:1 Degree highly desirable
Competitive - high-level sporting achievements are very sought after
Determined
Willing to go above and beyond
Career-driven
Self-motivated (this is SUPER important)

Coachable
