Recruitment Consultant - Not for Profit Salary: £45,000- £55,000 + 10% bonus

Location: Farringdon, City of London

Hybrid role - 2 days in the office 3 days working from home

A successful and leading management consultancy and recruitment practice in the public and not-for-profit sector is recruiting a recruitment consultant to join their office based in Farringdon.

Looking for an experienced consultant to assist in the delivery of the company's recruitment campaigns, fulfilling clients' requirements with due regard to employment legislation, industry best practices and excellent customer care. The position is a 180 executive search position, supporting clients within the not-for-profit sector with board-level recruitment.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Deliver all aspects of executive and non-executive recruitment campaigns to a high standard on behalf of company clients, from brief taking through to assessment and offer
  • Working with the team, ensuring processes, systems and document templates are in place to deliver a high-quality executive-level recruitment service
  • Responsible for the growth and sourcing of new talent for our team's wide range of roles using advertising, networking, marketing and social media tools
  • Taking detailed briefs from clients to enable effective management and delivery of recruitment assignments
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with a range of clients
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely raising and processing of invoices
  • Ensure the database is maintained and used consistently, to enable the effective delivery of all recruitment projects

Essential Experience:

  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • 5 years min recruitment in house or executive Search experience within the not for profit / public sector
  • Knowledge of recruitment in one or more of the following sectors: social housing, care, regeneration, development, property management, charity or public sector
  • Experience of developing processes and systems to enhance service delivery
  • Solid experience of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and handling numerical/information data sets
  • Able to manage a range of projects simultaneously, achieving consistently high standards of delivery within deadlines and budgets

  • 25 days, plus public holidays. This rises by one day per completed year of service, up to a maximum of 30days, plus public holidays
