We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in London. The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and placing candidates in suitable positions while building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for available roles.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities and facilitating the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and negotiation of job offers.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate information, job requirements, and client interactions in the recruitment database.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share market insights, strategies, and best practices for candidate sourcing and placement.
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within a similar role or industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms for candidate sourcing and management.
- A proactive and resilient attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
