Working at Language Matters as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be in control of growing your own desk and coordinating recruitment processes. You bring clients and candidates together and you are an expert in relationship management. Besides maintaining frequent contact with current clients, you are actively looking to continue to grow your client network. This is what you will do on a daily basis:
- Registering vacancies in the database
- Searching for suitable candidates on the internal database, external vacancy pages, networking sites and social media
- Managing the talent pool and daily contact with candidates to enlarge this pool
- Reviewing candidates' CVs, organising telephone and Teams interviews
- Introducing candidates to clients and organising job interviews
- Utilising your language skills to communicate with stakeholders and test candidate language fluency
- Attending networking events and actively seeking opportunities to expand your client base
This is you:
- Excellent English language skills, written and spoken as well as fluency in another language (Dutch, German, Italian or Nordic languages preferred)
- Proactive mindset and taking initiatives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Motivated and determined to deliver
- Using creativity to be goal oriented and solution oriented
- Efficient administrative skills to keep up with daily tasks
