In your first year, you will:

• Identify and interview teachers and support staff for roles in schools.

• Work closely with school leaders to match them with the perfect candidates.

• Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.

• Achieve personal and team targets with the support of your manager.

• Earn commission on placements and grow your professional network.
