Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant | £25,000 + Uncapped Commission | Wimbledon (Hybrid) Location: Brand new office in Wimbledon Salary:

£25,000 basic + unlimited commission (OTE Year 1: £40-60k, Year 2: £80k+)

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (1 day WFH) Markets:

UK, EMEA & US No experience required - Full training provided

My client are a high-performing recruitment company specialising in placing top sales talent into the software and SaaS industry across the UK, EMEA, and US.

Founded in 2021 by two top-billing consultants with over 15 years of combined experience, we've grown to a team of 8 and are on track to generate £1 million in revenue this year.

They partner with some of the most exciting and fast-growing tech businesses worldwide, placing candidates in roles ranging from Account Executive to VP of Sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll receive hands-on, on-the-job training and will quickly become a trusted expert in tech sales recruitment. Your role will include:
Sourcing and speaking with high-level sales professionals and hiring managers
Managing the full 360 recruitment process (from candidate sourcing to client delivery)
Working on senior roles across the UK and US, with high-value fees
Placing candidates into roles with fees ranging from £17,000 to £50,000
Collaborating directly with directors and experienced consultants in the team

What do you need

No previous recruitment experience required
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Highly motivated, competitive, and driven by results
Eager to learn and progress quickly in a high-performance environment
