We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to grow with us in one of our dynamic sectors: Engineering, Food, Tech, Finance, Professional Services, specialising in permanent, temporary, and contract recruitment.Why Cooper Lomaz?We believe that consistent, on-the-job training is the key to success in our industry. Over your first six months, you'll receive comprehensive training at our head office in Norwich, fully funded by us, including accommodation and travel expenses. During this period, you'll alternate two weeks in Norwich with two weeks in London, allowing you to build your expertise alongside our team of experienced professionals. Once trained, you'll work primarily from our Fulham office with 2-4 days monthly at our Norwich HQ.Salary & Benefits:

The Role:As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with a broad client base to match top candidates to ideal roles. You'll not only be building a successful desk in a specialist sector but also have the chance to develop meaningful client and candidate relationships that drive results.Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing client relationships to win new business
  • Advertising vacancies, sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Networking on social media to expand reach and brand visibility
  • Overseeing the recruitment cycle, from CVs and interviews to job offers
