We are working with a London council to find an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work specifically in the Childrens Services Directorate and provide specialist recruitment support on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Support the business to attract talent internally and externally
  • Drives a strong candidate experience through engaging and proactive stakeholder management with applicants
  • Approve job descriptions, incorporating an inclusion lens and ensuring roles are appropriately written and aligned to the required skills and competencies
  • Advise line managers on appropriate resourcing solutions (temporary, permanent, agency etc.) dependent on requirement to ensure value for money
  • Outlines interview technique and assessment best practice throughout and provides support where required
  • Reduce the average time to recruit through effective management of processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

To be considered you need to come with really strong stakeholder engagement, experience in managing volume recruitment and the ability to influence managers through your expertise.
