Working for a small social enterprise recruitment agency that is imbedded within a 35 year old charity based near canary wharf. You will be recognised for your quality and not quantity of work. No hard KPIs, no micro-managing and an impressive partner list for you to develop. What You'll Be Doing:We are looking for an individual to push forward further income growth and maximise coverage and productivity by increasing our client base and building upon our success.

As part of this desk, you'll play a crucial role in connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities. Here's what awaits you:

You will work closely with the head of programme who has been here since conception and has over 30 years of recruitment experience. You will work as an empowered member of the team who has a wider team to lean on for support if necessary.

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of business development. Your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Full 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and job offers.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, referrals, advertising, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them to job opportunities. Prepare candidates for interviews and work to fill vacancies efficiently.
  • Client & Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, offering expert advice and delivering outstanding service. Network and attend events and meetings with clients to build relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to support overall business success and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
  • Salesforce Management: Accurately log all data and interactions in Salesforce to ensure records are up-to-date and accessible.
