Our Impact Academy is an intensive training programme designed to prepare you for a thriving career as a Recruitment Consultant.

Your First-Year Role:

• Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
• Develop professional CV profiles to market candidates to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise candidate placements.
• Achieve weekly targets and KPIs set with your manager.
• Earn commission at every step of your journey.

From day one, you'll receive ongoing guidance from your team manager, our expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. You'll work alongside some of the most successful consultants in the education recruitment sector, ensuring you have all the tools needed to thrive.

After completing your first year, you'll move to a specially assigned Sales Desk, supported by advanced training in:

• Business Development
• Margin Negotiation
• Safeguarding
• Customer Service and Time Management
• Handling Difficult Conversations
