Hospitality Recruitment Researcher, full-time, permanent, basic up to £30k per year + £500 bonus per project

Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Researcher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting their search consultants. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research and sourcing candidates using diverse techniques.
- Maintaining and managing a robust database.
- Engaging with candidates and conducting initial screenings.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and providing insights into market trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- A degree in Hospitality (undergraduate or postgraduate level) or recent graduate.
- Socially agile, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about professional growth.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software.
