Freelance Recruitment Resourcer - Remote | Self-Employed
Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer looking for the flexibility of freelance work? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resourcer to support our growing recruitment business on a self-employed basis.
What You’ll Do:? Source and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels? Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on client requirements? Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls? Manage and update our ATS/database with candidate information
What We’re Looking For:?? Proven experience in recruitment resourcing (agency or in-house)?? Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates?? Excellent communication and organisational skills?? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently?? Access to job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
