We are London’s market leading recruitment consultancy specialising in Business Services and Locum Lawyer talent for law firms and are looking for a hardworking, passionate and successful recruitment consultant to join our permanent and fixed term contract desk. Our client base is growing and growing and this role will be a rare opportunity of not just starting with a ‘hot’ desk rather a ‘sizzling hot’ desk!!! This is perfect opportunity for an existing Recruitment Consultant within the Legal Industry to join our growing team.

Our reputation is second to none and we pride ourselves on providing the most professional, thorough and transparent recruitment service, where we operate on a Best Practice basis, subsequently applicants will need to have an attitude of wanting to work hard whilst also respecting their craft and clients 100%. Positions available to recruit will be Business Services vacancies ranging from Junior to Director including Secretarial/PA, Human Resources, Compliance, Reception, Paralegal, IT and Facilities. We are an agency who do not have any KPIs plus we do not expect our consultants to cold-call/canvass, rather assist and help our clients with their existing positions however developing these clients and building trusting relationships is key. We offer an incredibly positive and collegiate working environment where everyone believes in team-playing. It is essential applicants have the ambition to establish a long-term career. We are looking to consultants who are keen to work 5 days from home/fully remote working as we have found removing the travelling time from our team’s day creates extra motivation and energy. Our commission structure is the most generous on the market and equally we offer very competitive salaries with regular pay rises available. Applicants must have 12 months’ legal recruitment agency experience.
