Basic salary £35,000 - £40,0000 with on target earning of £65,000 - £70,000

My client is a Legal Headhunting firm focussed on placing qualified lawyers in the leading firms in London and New York.

They have recently been set up and investment to grow and scale. They are currently looking for driven, ambitious and resilient individuals to join the team.

They are looking to create a high performing flexible culture. The founder of the business balenced playing professional sport and building his recrutiment career and believes in creating a good balence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months headhunting experience

Your responsibilities as a Legal Researcher will include:

• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews
• Harnessing social media & LinkdedIn
• Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and executive searching
• Generating leads and market information
